Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 4736] The Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for larceny in the Seoul Northern District Court on June 14, 2017. The above judgment became final and conclusive on June 22, 2017.

[2] On October 15, 201, at around 11:01, the Defendant cut off the locks of the bicycle with the victim C’s market price of at least KRW 300,000,00,000, which was set up in the front bicycle riding boat of the University Students’ Center, taking into account the Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and at around 145, the Defendant: (a) cut the locked of the bicycle; and (b) cut off the bicycle.

In addition, from May 10, 2015 to October 15, 2017, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims of the total amount of KRW 1.6 million on six occasions, as shown in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table, respectively.

[2017 Highest 5287] When the Defendant was unable to lead a normal workplace due to uneasiness, etc., he stolen his bicycle and has prepared the living expenses, etc.

Defendant,

1. On August 16, 2017, at or around 12:29, a bicycle storage near the 26th Gyeonghee High School as Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, a bicycle storage with a 200,000 tons of a test color, which was installed without a correction device and installed by the victim D, was stolen;

2. On September 2, 2017, around 12:41, around the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government bicycle storage stand near the Dongdaemun-gu, a victim F, 400,000 won in the market value where the victim F is installed without a corrective device, steals one set of Tti Car flass bicycle;
