Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment, etc. for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Gwangju District Court’s netcheon Branch on May 25, 2017, and the record on August 25, 2017 reveals that it is a clerical error and there is no risk of causing substantial disadvantage to the Defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense. The defendant is a holder of the freezing tower B.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on July 19, 2013, the Defendant operated each of the cargo vehicles, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, around 07:04, at around 181.4km and ② around 02:03 on March 25, 2014, around 88, in the area near Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2014.
