Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On December 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud in the support of Suwon Friwon, which became final and conclusive on April 18, 2015.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a holder of a passenger car with C low-speed.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, around March 27, 2014, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance on the roads front of Korean schools located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Olympic Winter Games.

From around that time to October 14, 2014, the Defendant operated an automobile not covered by mandatory insurance more than 10 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1 in the same manner.
