Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) released a stamp 1,930 KRW 1,930, and a stamp 1,300 KRW 300, which was stamped in Busan City’s 7rd Dong-dong, Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, the 29-ro, Busan, the 62-ro, and (b) cancelled a stamp totaling 21 KRW 21,00,00, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, for the purpose of exercising the stamp from August 4, 2016 to January 2, 2017.
