Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2017, the Defendant: (a) around the end of 541-36, the 402 Daegu detention center B, the purchase amount of which is equivalent to KRW 1,960,00, which was already used in 541-36, was carried out in the stamps for the purpose of re-using the Korean postage stamps, including taking a small person affixed on the stamps as a cremation paper for the purpose of re-using the Korean postage stamps that had already been used in the same manner three times; (b) around that time, the Defendant was carrying out seals on the stamps.

Accordingly, the defendant had cancelled the stamps of the Republic of Korea for the purpose of exercising them.
