1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,641,751 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 10, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a judgment of confession), the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
