1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 53,597,868 and KRW 4,832,807 among them, 18% per annum from March 10, 2017 to the date of full payment, and 25% per annum.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment on deemed as Confession);
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 53,597,868 won and 4,832,807 won per annum from March 10, 2017 to the date of full payment, 18% per annum from March 10, 2017 to the date of full payment. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 18% interest per annum from March 10, 2017 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
