1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 94,745,426 and KRW 62,141,525 among them, per annum from October 12, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a judgment of confession), the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 16.9% per annum from October 12, 2017 to the date of full payment, and is so decided as per Disposition.
