A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In response to the proposal, the Defendant: (a) had been urged to operate an officetel sexual traffic business establishment on March 28, 2018; and (b) had been recruited to arrange commercial sex acts while operating the officetel sexual traffic business establishment with C, D, E (Detention Prosecution on March 15, 2018), F (Undetaineded Prosecution on March 28, 2018), and F (Undetained Prosecution on March 28, 2018).

Accordingly, the defendant would bring about about 20% of the profits, prepare approximately 20 million won of funds to operate commercial sex acts establishments, and lease them to the office 1732 of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Building No. 905, A. 1005, B 1407, Seoul Mapo-gu 1802 and 1103, and rent it to the place of commercial sex acts and rent it to the place of commercial sex acts, "J" and "K". The above D is the head of commercial sex acts, the above E is the head of commercial sex acts, the head of the general office of the business, and the above F is the head of the main office of the business place of commercial sex acts and the head of the office of commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, D, E, and F, assisted commercial sex acts.
