A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.076% in a section of about 300 meters from a 300-meter radius to a road near the Won-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle BM5 vehicle.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a BM5 car.

On January 4, 2015, at around 21:15, the Defendant continued to drive the said car while under the influence of alcohol and continued to drive the road front of the driving apartment with the name of two wheeled apartment at the time of the prime week from the port of nuclear fire station to the parallel.
