A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 도로교통법위반(음주운전) 피고인은 2016. 9. 7. 23:05경 원주시 명륜1동에 있는 원주소방서 앞 도로부터 같은 시 단계동에 있는 단계아파트 옆 서원대로에 이르기까지 약 1.5km 구간에서 혈중알콜농도 0.224%의 술에 취한 상태로 B 캡틴바 승용차를 운전하였다.
2. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle as set forth in paragraph (1) of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act;
On September 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.224% of blood alcohol concentration on September 23, 2016, and driven the said car along three-lanes of the three-lane side of the apartment at the stage of the original city level, along the parallel distance from the right distance to the port of death.
At the time, there are nights and vehicles standing in the signal atmosphere at the front, so there were duty of care to properly operate the brake system and properly operate it to the person engaged in driving the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant driving a car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and driving the car to the victim C, the victim E needs to provide treatment for approximately three weeks, and the scopical base in which treatment is required for approximately two weeks for the victim E, and the victim G (35 years old) who was on board the above liquid speech vehicle is treated for about two weeks.
