A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. 필로폰 매수 피고인은 2019. 6. 하순 무렵 12:00경 경남 고성군 B에 있는 C 인근 농로에서, 채팅 어플리케이션인 ‘즐톡’을 통해 알게 된 성명불상자에게 향정신성의약품인 메트암페타민(일명 ‘필로폰’, 이하 ‘필로폰’이라고만 함) 매매대금 명목으로 10만 원을 봉투에 넣어 약속지점에 놓아두고, 같은 날 12:10경 성명불상자가 위와 같이 봉투가 놓여있던 지점에 가져다 둔 은박지로 포장된 필로폰 약 0.03g을 회수하는 방법으로 이를 매수하였다.

2. At around 15:00 on June 6, 2019, the Defendant administered a philophone in a place where a single-use cell phone 0.03g is inserted into a single-use cell, which was purchased at approximately 0.03g in the vicinity of the Gosong-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, in a single-use cell line, and in a way that the Defendant injecteds to the left part of the blood line by dilution the crophone purchased as prescribed in paragraph (1).

4. Medication and possession of philophones.

A. On November 6, 2019, the Defendant administered the philophone medication by inserting approximately 0.03g out of approximately 1.65g of philophones received from Hadong-gun GelH on November 6, 2019, such as paragraph (3), into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with paradic water, and in a way of injection into the left arms bloodline.

B. At around 05:00 on November 7, 2019, the Defendant administered a philophone in a way that 0.03g of the remaining philophone 1.62g, which was administered under the said paragraph, in a single-use injection instrument, and dilution the crophone 1.62g of the philophone 1.62g, and in a way that the Defendant injected the crophone into the left croke.

C. At around 11:20 on Nov. 7, 2019, the Defendant holding phiphonephones remains after being administered in a transparent plastic bag for the purpose of medication, as described in the above A and B.
