1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【2012 Highest 6321】
1. On April 14, 2012, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) entered E’s name and resident registration number “F” by accessing the NAB website and obtained the certification of real name; (b) entered E’s resident registration number in the member information column; and (c) created AD’s member account by entering E’s resident registration number in the member information column.
In addition, from the time to May 9, 2012, other people's resident registration numbers were used unlawfully more than seven times as shown in the list of crimes (1) in the same manner as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1).
2. Around April 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) connected NAV “H” car page created at D Pcceds; (b) posted the title “pop-up of two merchandise coupons;” and (c) falsely told the victim I who reported and contacted the article to sell two merchandise coupons at KRW 160,000.
However, in fact, the defendant did not have merchandise coupons, and even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have an intention or ability to sell merchandise coupons.
On April 5, 2012, the Defendant received 160,000 won from the victim I to the bank account in the name of the Defendant’s name on April 5, 2012 from the victim I as if he were sold the goods, etc. from that time by the same method as from July 12, 2012, and acquired the money by defrauding KRW 11,387,50 in total over 42 times, as shown in the List of Crimes (2).
3. From April 5, 2012 to July 12, 2012, the Defendant violated the National Sports Promotion Act: (a) deposited KRW 15,087,00,00, in total, with the Internet privateK operated by the J, etc., as mileage; and (b) predicted the results of the domestic and foreign stable, camping and farming-gu games offered on the said website by using it; and (c) displayed mileage.
