The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged in this case is as follows: (a) at around 01:00 on March 11, 2015, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim B by stating that “grings, chewings, human garbage, and shotblings shall wear the same brus,” at the location of police officers, etc. at the location of Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseoro 65-ro 63, Gangseo-gu, Seoul; and (b) at the location of the police officers, etc., the Defendant publicly insulting the victim; and (c) this is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only upon the victim’s complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act; and (d) according to the written withdrawal of the complaint submitted by the victim, the victim’s withdrawal of the complaint against the Defendant on June 8, 2015, which was after the prosecution was instituted, the prosecution in this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 32

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
