The prosecution of this case against the Defendants is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged of this case is as shown in the separate sheet, so it is a crime falling under Articles 283(1) and 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be discussed against the express intent of the victim under Article 283(3) of the Criminal Act and Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act, or there is a complaint by the victim. According to a written agreement bound in the public trial record, the victim expressed his/her intention not to withdraw the complaint against the Defendants on December 3, 2020, and thus, the prosecution of this case against the Defendants is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
