The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On August 24, 2018, the Defendant insultingd the victims by voiceing that “The victim G, a police officer of the F District Police Station in the branch of the branch police station, and H, “I will go back to the day of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch police station in the middle of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch of the branch

2. We examine the judgment. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, and can be prosecuted only upon a victim’s complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. The victim G and H revoked the Defendant’s complaint from this court on April 16, 2019, following the institution of the instant prosecution. Thus, the instant prosecution is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
