The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. 2. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the complainant D, after the prosecution of this case, cancelled the complaint against the defendant on June 14, 2013, and thus, the prosecution against the defendant is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
