Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, around October 21, 2013, sing the victim D (or 47 years of age) who has singing in the sing room located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.

As a result, it was refused to make a proposal to leave the 2nd vehicle, it was intended to raise money by providing the police with a heavy report.

On October 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent a text message to the victim of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E Apartment 106 Do 1204, on a daily basis, on October 22, 2013, and (b) received KRW 1.60,00 from the G’s corporate bank account (Account Number: H) around October 10, 2013, by posting a text message to the effect that “the Defendant shall deposit KRW 1.60,000 in money, if not, do not live well, and report the Fnonob bank and Cnobine bank every day.”

The Defendant obtained property benefits by threatening the victim as such.

2. As described in paragraph 1, the Defendant, as the Defendant stated in paragraph 1, had the owner of a singing room with a view to raising money by providing him with a heavy report on illegal business to the police.

On October 23, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) sent a phone call to the victim I (the victim (the victim (the victim, 47 years of age) of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon E Apartment 106 dong, 1204) who is the owner of the Finging-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) provided that "if the Defendant does not deposit the money in one million won for the Fing-Sing and Cing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-Sing-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-

The Defendant obtained property benefits by threatening the victim as such.
