Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants: (a) using the fact that “the sales of alcoholic beverages in a singing practice room or the intermediation of the help to do so in a singing practice room” is illegal, and (b) took entertainment in a singing practice room; and (c) had the proprietor of a singing practice room business receive money from the proprietor of the singing practice room business by providing the proprietor of the singing practice room business with “to report it to the police with the sale of alcoholic beverages and the intermediation
1. On June 12, 2014, around 04:00, the Defendants committed the crime in the “D singing practice room”, which was operated by the Songpa-gu Seoul E branch victim F (the age of 59) and received alcohol and helper from the victim, enjoying three-hour entertainment, and Defendant A was exempted from 4.2 million won of singing practice room, i.e., a cash from the victim of drinking water, by reporting to the police.
As a result, the Defendants jointly received property and acquired property benefits by causing the victims.
2. On June 14, 2014, at around 05:00, the Defendants committed the crime in “G singing practice room”, at “G singing practice room” operated by the victim I (the age of 52) located in Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul, provided alcoholic beverages and help them enjoy three-hour entertainment from the victim, and the Defendant Company A reported to the police that “I will sell alcoholic beverages and arrange to do so if I do not know the amount of three million won,” and Defendant B was exempted from 30,000,000 won by reporting to the police.
As a result, the Defendants jointly received property and acquired property benefits by causing the victims.
3. The Defendants committing the crime in the K K-based singing practice room are located under the Songpa-gu Seoul High Ground around 07:00 on July 17, 2014.
