Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From November 19, 2009 to April 22, 2010, the Plaintiff paid a sum of KRW 61,500,000 to the Defendant via the Defendant’s name account as indicated in the following table 1 (hereinafter “instant first payment”).

B. The Plaintiff paid the instant 1 and 2 payment, including the instant 1 and 2 payment, to the Defendant.
