Defendant
C On April 21, 2016, the Changwon District Court sentenced a 6-month imprisonment and a 2-year suspended sentence for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving) at the Changwon District Court. The judgment became final and conclusive on the 29th of the same month.
1. On January 24, 2016, Defendant B driven a fenz car on the road located in Busan-dong, Busan-dong to the “E” road located in Busan-dong, without a driver’s license, from around 300 meters to the “E” road located in Busan-dong.
2. On January 24, 2016, Defendant C was informed that the Defendant caused an accident while driving a car with a driver’s license from the above B, who was the Defendant’s patriotic seal, around January 24, 2016, Defendant C had the Defendant look at B by requesting the Defendant’s seat, to make the Defendant make a false statement as if A driven.
On January 25, 2016, the Defendant posted a telephone to A around January 25, 2016, and damaged the whiteer of a vehicle parked on the alleyway while driving in Busan in writing.
On January 27, 2016, at the Busan Police Station's Transport Investigation Team office, B made a statement as if A was driven at the time, as described in paragraph 1, that it was called "the person who was driven on behalf of D, who was not a license of D", and caused the traffic accident caused by B to be driven as described in paragraph 1.
3. Defendant A: (a) according to the above teachers’ building; and (b) notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant had not driven the above F F F F F F F F F F F F F F FW on January 24, 2016, Defendant A, who was investigated at the transportation investigation team office office of the Busan Police Station around January 27, 2016, had the Defendant escape from the above B by making a false statement as if the Defendant had caused an accident that occurred on the road near the Busan Police Station around January 24, 2016, around 05:30, around January 24, 2016.
