Punishment of the crime

1. On January 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the E-cafeteria located in the south-gu, south-gu, Sinpo-gu, Ma, Defendant: (b) caused a traffic accident in front of the H in the south-gu, Gu; (c) upon the Defendant’s request of his relative B to “the operation of a vehicle instead of the vehicle; (d) cause the traffic accident to be caused; and (e) cause B and C to make a false statement as if he was a driver.” (e.g., “B would cause the vehicle to be driven by the vehicle”; and (e) cause B and C to have the driver make a false statement as if he was a driver.

B, on January 12, 2017, around 16:40, 16:40, at the port south-gu port guard and the traffic investigation team office, B made a false statement to the effect that “the police officer in charge caused a traffic accident while driving a FF MV vehicle at the inside on January 22:15, 2017,” and C made a false statement to the effect that “the police officer in charge of the operation of the FF MV vehicle at the port and caused a traffic accident while driving a motor vehicle at the port around 2:15, 2017.” On January 11, 2017, 201:3:32, the police officer called to the scene before the company bank located in the south-gu, 369 at the port.”

As a result, the defendant instigated B and C to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. On January 12, 2017, Defendant B made a false statement to the effect that, inasmuch as the Defendant had not driven a FF MV motor vehicle at around 22:15 on January 11, 2017, he/she would cause a traffic accident while driving a FF MV motor vehicle at around 2:15 on January 11, 2017, the Defendant stated to the police officer in charge according to the same teacher A, “on January 11, 2017, he/she caused a traffic accident while driving a FFM motor vehicle at around 2:15, 2017.”

As a result, the defendant had a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment escape.

3. Defendant C: (a) on January 11, 201, 201, at the front side of a corporate bank located in 369, South-gu Posco, South-gu, Posco at around 22:32,00.
