The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. On September 2014, the Defendant committed assault to the victim D at the parking lot of the building building C in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Sinpo-si, the Defendant took a bath to the victim D, stating that “I are inside her husband within the same year for the three years of the weather,” and assaulted twice the victim’s shoulder.

B. Around August 13, 2015, the Defendant insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim, including 5-6 persons, including E, who are the victim’s will before the victim’s residence, around 19:40 on August 13, 2015.

2. Anti-competence in judgment, and complaints subject to prosecution;

(a) Violence: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Defluence: Judgment not to punish a victim and dismissing a public prosecution to revoke a complaint after the institution of public prosecution under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act (Article 327 subparag. 5 and No. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
