A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, intimidation against the victim C shall be acquitted.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Electronic Monitoring, etc. of Specific Offenders in the Seo-gu District Court’s Branch Branch Branch on September 14, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on January 23, 2014.

On October 13, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime on October 13, 2014, in a mcafeteria operated by the victim L in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 08:00 on October 13, 2014, and without any justifiable reason, take the time for the customers on the side without any particular reason.
