A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 06:00 on August 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with cash of KRW 1,200,000 owned by the victim E in Changwon-si Mapo-si, Changwon-si, Mapo-si; (b) used the gap in the location of the Kapo-si; and (c) used the gap in cash of KRW 1,200,000 in the Kapo-si located in the Kapo-si.

B. On August 2013, the Defendant thefted KRW 500,000 in cash owned by the victim E at the location of the above paragraph (a) in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

C. At around 00:05 on October 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen money owned by the victim and 320,000 won in cash owned by the Defendant, which is located in a carter credit cooperative, in the Iam room operated by the victim H, who talks with other customers.

On October 8, 2013, the Defendant: around 07:29, at Kpc located in the Busan JJ of Busan, destroyed the victim L by taking advantage of the gap that caused a string on the table, and stolen the victim L, which was set off on the table 800,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.

마. 피고인은 2013. 10. 12. 01:30경 부산 부산진구 M에 있는 피해자 N이 운영하는 O 피시방에서 위 가항과 같은 방법으로 피해자 소유의 시가 1,500,000원 상당의 컴퓨터 메모리 30개, 현금 699,000원, 시가 200,000원 상당의 숄더백 가방 1개를 가지고 가 절취하였다.

F. On November 3, 2013, around 00:25, the Defendant stolen the cash of KRW 300,000, which was owned by the victim C in Q P located in the Changwon-si member P, Changwon-si, by means of the same method as the above paragraph (a).

2. On August 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received money from the victim S on the third floor of R R in Busan East-gu, Busan-dong, for the following reasons: (b) the Defendant received money from the victim on August 12, 2013 because he/she received the money from the victim on August 12, 2013.
