A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for assault, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on September 19, 2014. On April 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for assault, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 13, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Northern Detention House on September 28, 2017. The Defendant was the victim C (48), D (48), E (49), F (6), G (64), and H (64).

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual injury);

A. On September 14, 2017, the Defendant, at around 17:45, Sept. 14, 2017, 2017, listened to the horses that any person, who was aware of his/her reputation while living in Nowon-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, was sexually abused by the victim C while living in Nowon-gu, and was able to listen to the horses that he/she was sexually abused by the victim C, and the victim’s face face was sexually affected by the number of times of treatment.

B. On September 25, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of Sep. 25, 2017, around 08:50, around September 25, 2017, at the above H, on the ground that the victim D did not have a mind in the peace, left over twice the victim’s face face value, and went through a shot, and put the victim on an unexplosion for the number of days of treatment.

Accordingly, the Defendant was punished as a repeated offender by imprisonment not less than twice with prison labor due to the above assault crime, etc., and again inflicted injury on the victims.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual assault);

A. On September 14, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of Sep. 14, 2017, around 17:45, around September 14, 2017, the Defendant is an accomplice who assaulted C and without any justifiable reason, thereby doing to the victim E.

C. During the expression “C. ...”, the victim’s face with the hand floor was assaulted twice in the hands floor.

B. On September 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around September 11, 2017, around September 22, 2017, and around November 11:35, 2017, the Defendant: (b) assaulted the victim F, who was under drinking alcohol, with his/her hand, with the victim F, without any reason; and (c) caused the damage to the victim.
