A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On January 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective weapon, etc.) at the Seoul Northern District Court on January 12, 2012; on June 28, 2012, the above court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective weapon, etc.) and for a violation of the said Act; on December 16, 2014, the above court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective weapon, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on February 2, 2017 at the Seoul Northern District Court on June 9, 2017.

1. On October 16, 2017, the Defendant damaged property: (a) around 21:00, the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Victim D’s “Esing room” operated by Seongbuk-gu Seoul (hereinafter “Esing room”); (b) on the ground that the victim did not have to provide additional service hours under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was able to gather one at the floor of the victim’s market price equivalent to KRW 100,000,000; and (c) the victim’s market price was 70,000,000,000 won.
2. Despite the record of several assaults, the Defendant habitually expressed that there were several assaults, such as the date and time stated in paragraph (1) above, (1) around October 13, 2017; (2) around October 22:10, 2017; (3) around the Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (4) around October 215:5, 201, the Defendant expressed the victim G (the 67 years old) at the front of Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (4) the victim’s head was 1; (3) the victim’s head was flick; and (4) the victim’s face was 5 times on his/her right side on the floor on the ground that the victim’s act was prevented; and (4) the victim’s remaining bucks were assaulted on the part of the victim; and (3) the victim’s head was 3) the victim’s head was 15 to 3) the victim’s colon and 4) the victim’s bicycle at the end of the North-gu.
