A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall apply for a false visa or a visa issuance certificate, or assist such application, to allow a foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea.

A. Upon receipt of a proposal from C’s representative director, in 2008, the Defendant offered that “I would receive money from Chinese people under C’s name as business objective,” and that “I would like to divide and use it.” On 2008, D proposed that I would offer to E, a Chinese SP, a Chinese company’s business house and employment in Korea, for each person at the time of entry, the Chinese People’s 2,000 to KRW 3,00,000 per each person, and E accepted this.

Accordingly, E recruited Chinese company's business house and the Chinese company's employment in Korea through Broki, and sent D a copy of the Chinese company's business house and the Chinese company's passport, identification card, etc., and the defendant obtained C and F's business registration certificate, a tax payment certificate, and a certificate of personal seal impression, and sent it to D.

D requested G travelers in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to make a false invitation letter, the reason for invitation, a letter of fidelity guarantee, etc. to the effect that China H is invited for business purposes in C, and that the said invitation letter, etc. is presented to H by an infinite method, and that he/she applied for a visa of the Republic of Korea under the name of C and C around September 12, 2008, and that he/she applied for a visa of the Republic of Korea under the name of C and business, by attaching the false invitation letter, the reason for the invitation, etc., to the false short-term visa (C-2, one business visa).

The Defendant, in collusion with D and E on September 12, 2008, pretends business as above, and let three persons, such as H, file a false visa, as shown in attached Table 1 to 3, as shown in attached Table 1 (1) through 3, and in collusion with D from September 23, 2008 to January 20, 2009, file a false visa, and in collusion with D, from September 23, 2008 to January 20, 4 through 12.
