A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates “B trade”.

No one shall apply for a false visa or a visa issuance certificate, or mediate such application for allowing entry of a foreigner.

Nevertheless, the Defendant prepared a false invitation letter, etc. on February 2, 2007, and invited Chinese people to receive KRW 80-1 million from each Chinese person in return for the invitation, and conspired with the “C” of Chinese people.

Around March 18, 2008, the Defendant issued a certificate of personal seal impression, a certified copy of resident registration, and other documents directly at the office of Busan-si B trade in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Incheon-si, with a view to inviting China D (E). On May 21, 2008, the Defendant made a false invitation letter and put it out to “C” on the same day after receiving the certificate of personal seal impression, a certified copy of resident registration, a certified copy of the invitation letter, etc., as if the Defendant invited the above D to “B trade” he operated and “FD” for the purpose of completing production processes and providing counseling on diverse processings, and as if he solicits it for the purpose of counseling on export and import business.

On May 27, 2008, the term “C” received from the Defendant a false invitation document, and submitted it to the Defendant, upon filing an application for a short-term visa (I) with respect to the said D at the Korean Ambassador General of the Republic of Korea, around May 27, 2008.

On January 16, 2008, from January 21, 2009 to January 21, 2009, the Defendant made a false invitation letter to allow five Chinese nationals to enter the name of “B trade” as shown in the attached list of crimes, and issued it to “C” on the basis of the pre-sale, and made them file an application for visa based on the pre-sale, thereby in collusion with “C” on the basis of the pre-sale.
