Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

A, 피고인 B는 2016. 12. 말경 모바일 메신저 ‘ 위 챗’ 을 통해 알게 된 불상의 상선 일명 D로부터 “ 위조된 신용카드를 가지고 한국으로 가서 물건을 구입해 오면 구입한 금액의 8%를 수고비로 주겠다” 는 말을 듣고 그 제안을 승낙하였다.

On January 10, 2017, the Defendants received the forged credit card and the airline tickets issued in their own name, each of which was printed out in the English name in the vicinity of the Studio Puu Airport of Malaysia.

1. No person in a financial business specializing in credit shall sell or use forged or altered credit cards, etc.;

Nevertheless, on January 12, 2017, the Defendants offered to use a forged credit card received from D when entering the Incheon International Airport with the first time at Malaysia, Malaysia, Cuba, Cuba, Inc. on or around January 12, 2017; around 14:30 on January 12, 2017, the Defendants offered to use the forged credit card; around 30 on the 14th floor of the hotel in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul; paid KRW 1,616,40 to hotel employees whose name is not known from the 14th floor of the hotel; and paid KRW 1,616,40 to Defendant A’s credit card company’s “A” in the U.S. “E.,” and refused to use the forged credit card to pay for the Defendant’s English credit card “A” in a quantity equal to the Defendant’s English credit card to 7, 11, 16-2 or 9 times; but, on the grounds that the credit card was forged or stolen, 10-16-10-1-15-1-1-20-1-1-6-1-1-16-2-2-100000.

2. The Defendants, who attempted to commit fraud and fraud, conspired to use the forged credit cards as above to purchase goods in the Republic of Korea. On January 12, 2017, around 14:30, 30 Ga-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and as if they were a credit card normally issued with a forged credit card from 14th floor to 14th floor, as stated in paragraph 1, at the hotel of a victim.
