A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant smoked and imported marijuana as follows:

1. 2017, 595

A. On September 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, at the Malaysia, smoked marijuana in a way of smoking tobacco openings in front of the restaurant located at Cuba D’s studio-si; (b) inserting the fluor of the hemp in the container; (c) putting the fluor of the hemp in the container; and (d) displaying the fluor of the fluor.

B. On September 11, 2017, the Defendant importing marijuana: (a) boarded 58g of the hemp 58g, packed in vinyl at Cuba Airport at Cuba, and entered the Incheon International Airport of the Republic of Korea around 15:32 on the same day, while being concealed in the Defendant’s pantyty.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported marijuana from Malaysia to the Republic of Korea.

2. 2017 high altitude 745

A. On August 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (a) put Malaysia Malaysia, Macro Macro, stud F, into the smoking machine manufactured by the studio of the hemp; and (b) smoked in a way of spreading the smoke generated by attaching the bub with the bubro, along with G, with the smoke generated by attaching the bubrost.

B. On September 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) put in a smoking room at the H hotel hotel in Cuba Marostro, Malaysia, connected the pipe with a glass bottle; and (b) smoked marijuana in a way of spreading the smoke generated by attaching the bub with G with the bubro, and drinking it with G.
