Defendant
A On May 4, 2012, the Daegu District Court sentenced a two-year suspended sentence to six months of imprisonment for an attempted special larceny, which became final and conclusive on May 12, 2012.
Defendant
B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny at the Daegu District Court on October 22, 2009, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Daegu Prison on March 4, 2010. On May 4, 2012, the Daegu District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment for special larceny and became final and conclusive on May 12, 2012.
1. The Defendants were co-offenders who go in public places, such as PCs, rains, etc. without their residence and live in old houses without their fixed residence, and were willing to punish them by means of stealing and disposing of goods at the above public places.
At around 01:00 on May 8, 201, the Defendants kept the key of the clothes Chapter 34 where the victim F puts the victim's goods in Daegu-gu E in the head, and locked, Defendant B reported to the network. Defendant A, with the key of the above clothes, opened the victim's wall, and cut off the 40 U.S. dollars 100 U.S. dollars 40 (Korean 4.5 million U.S. dollars), which was owned by the victim.
The Defendants, in combination with these crimes, stolen a total of 4,635,00 won from March 13, 201 to April 28, 2012, as shown in the attached Table 2.
2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. A. A thief (1) around 18:00 on July 26, 2010, the Defendant: (a) driven a bicycle with a bicycle with a value equivalent to KRW 800,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim H, which was built on the front road of the middle-gu G store in Daegu, Daegu, which was not corrected; and (b) stolen property worth KRW 6,847,00,00 in total, over 18 times from around that time to April 2012, as indicated in the attached crime list 1-1.
