Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2018, at around 07:45, the Defendant driven B motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in a four-meter radius from the roads in Suwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to about 49-lane 11 and from the four-lane radius from the roads in Suwon-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the end of the same Samyang-ro.
