On April 19, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol 50% (0.154%) of the blood alcohol concentration point in the direction of 50 meters in front of the apartment complex, from the front side of the city of 01:38 of the Republic of Korea, to the front side of the 2nd apartment complex of the same Eup.
