A. According to the above service contract, the service contract has been maintained in the manner of concluding a renewal contract in the second half of each year, and according to the above service contract, the Korea Expressway Corporation received service fees from the Korea Expressway Corporation on a yearly basis under the "plan for planning services for toll collection" and executed labor costs, welfare costs, common expenses, and other expenses related to the operation of the business office of this case.

B. The Plaintiffs and the Defendant’s specific form of employment contract and payment of wages (1) are the workers taking charge of the duties of collecting tolls at the instant business establishment after April 16, 2012, and each Plaintiff’s employment contract is as indicated in [Attachment 3]. The date of entering into the employment contract is as indicated in [Attachment 3]. The main contents of the employment contract are as follows.

The probation period shall be up to three months from the date of entry into the middle and other working conditions, and the employment contract may be terminated immediately if it is deemed inappropriate for the duties.

Matters not specified in the contract shall be governed by the provisions of paragraph (1), such as on-site service regulations.
