Reasons

Based on the facts, the Defendant entered into a service contract for the toll collection of national expressways with the Korea Highway Corporation in trade name, and the Plaintiffs are employed by the Defendant and indicated by C Office of Motorway (the Plaintiffs Nos. 1D through 42 E, and hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiffs No. 1) and F Office of Business (Plaintiffs 43 through 64).
