Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall be equipped with facilities meeting the standards prescribed by relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and shall report to the competent authority.

Nevertheless, around 14:00 on September 5, 2014, the Defendant purchased livestock products such as cattle, etc. from the needy in the Busan Northern-gu C market, Busan, and sold them to customers in the C market without reporting to the relevant agency and run a sales business of unreported livestock products by selling 20-300,000 won per day to customers in the C market.
