A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 23, 2016, the Defendant was driving a CF car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front road in front of the Egyptian Hospital located in the Dong, Seo-gu, Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Sinsung Hospital, to the front road in the same Sim of Egypt in the same city.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated the said car as a person holding CKaman car, who did not purchase mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to police investigation reports;

Selection of imprisonment with prison labor for the relevant Article of the Act and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) concerning the facts constituting an offense, and selection of imprisonment with prison labor for the operation of non- mandatory insurance vehicles) under Article 46 (2) 2 and the main sentence of Article 8 of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, Article 38 (1) 2, and Article 50 of the same Act (within the scope of the sum of the long-term punishments for two crimes);

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspended execution;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds that protection observation, community service, and lecture attendance order Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, Article 59 of the Act on the Observation, etc. of Protection (Judgment on sentencing guidelines) - the reasons for sentencing more than applicable crimes are not applicable crimes.
