A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 1448"

1. The defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Damages is the owner of CKaman car, and the owner of a motor vehicle shall not operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

A. On March 18, 2016, the Defendant, among Pyeongtaek-si around 16:10, operated the said van, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, within approximately 10 kilometers from the road front of the Seongdong-gu Central Hospital in the Seongdong-si in the Eup, to the road front of the same Eup-Myeon.

B. On April 7, 2016, around 14:30, the Defendant: (a) allowed D to operate the van without mandatory insurance from approximately 20 kilometers to the front road of the Eup Gyeong-si Park in the same city from the front day of the Gyeong-si, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) around 20 kilometers to the front day of the death distance of the Eup Gyeong-si in the same city.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving the C Carn Corpon without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place of paragraph 1(a) of this Article.

On 13:50 on 31, 2016, the Defendant driven a CF vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance in the section of about 3 km from the middle market of the Eup to Pyeongtaek-si 1146-9 on 1146-9 in the middle of Pyeongtaek-si in the middle of Pyeongtaek-si without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle.
