A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On May 30, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant received a single-use injection device, which contains approximately 0.33g of Mesophical drugs, from a person in an influence to his/her name, the Defendant received a single-use injection device, free of charge, from a person in an influence of his/her name, using approximately 0.33g of Mesophical drugs.

2. The Defendant 1 administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones received from the D Station of the above paragraph 1 at the “Ecom” near the D Station of the above paragraph 1, dilution with water, and injection with the Defendant’s arms in his arms.

3. On June 1, 2016, around 23:00, the Defendant administered a psychotropic medicine by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and dilution with the Defendant’s own arms at around 23:00.

4. On June 2, 2016, around 08:40, the Defendant: (a) on the front side of the “G” building located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul; (b) stored approximately 0.13 gram of philophones remaining after being administered as prescribed in the foregoing 2 and 3 in one-time injection unit; and (c) possessed a local mental medicine by having them stored in one-time injection unit.
