A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Chuncheon District Court on May 31, 2012, and completed the execution of imprisonment with prison labor on December 8, 2012.

"Criminal facts"

1. On November 15, 2015, the Defendant, at around 18:00 on November 15, 2015, sold a disposable injection device with approximately 00,000 won in cash from a person who is not a handler of narcotics, with the price for meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc (the meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc with approximately 0.4g of meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc with meconc.

2. On November 15, 2015, when the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant administered a psychotropic medicine by inserting approximately 0.1g of the philophones purchased as prescribed in the above paragraph (1) into a single-use injection machine, dilution with the growth water, and treating them into the arms blood line four times from November 15, 2015 to November 201, 2015, respectively.

3. On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold disposable drugs using a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.25g of philopon from a person who is not a person responsible for narcotics; (b) on the alleyway behind the building D in Haman-si, Man Government; (c) 150,000 won in cash from a person who is not a person responsible for handling narcotics; and (d) 1,50,000 won in cash from his/her nameless phone.

4. On November 2015, the Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, administered a psychotropic drug by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones purchased as above, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with a raw water, and injection into a spacter, even if he is not a narcotics handler.
