Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On November 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Jung-gu District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the judgment was finalized on February 3, 2017.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 grams at the Defendant’s house 111-dong 1103, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and Mactopphones (copon; hereinafter “copon”), which is a local mental medicine, into a single-use injection machine, into D’s arms incopon, and injected approximately 0.05g of phiopon into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with water, and injected it into the Defendant’s arms in a single-use injection machine.

2. On September 15, 2015, at the same place as the above 18:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 gramphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injected D’s arms and body in a single-use injection machine, and subsequently, 0.05 gramphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into the Defendant’s own arms and body blood transfusion.

3. On September 30, 2015, at the same place as above 04:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03 gramphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injected DNA arms into D’s blood cells, and subsequently, 0.05 gramphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into the Defendant’s own arms blood transfusion.

4. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant received 0.1g of philophonephones contained in G from G to F located in Suwon-si E at around 06:30 on October 13, 2015.
