Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-motor vehicle at approximately 4 km from the roads of Kim Jong-si to the front of Kim Jong-dong Kim Jong-dong University while under the influence of alcohol 0.080% among blood transfusion around 21:31, 2016.
