Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.242% among the blood transfusions around 23:35, driven a 500-meter-Ba car from the aftermath of Kim Jong-si, which was located in the village of Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, to the front road of Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.
