Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 7, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.080% during blood, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexton car at the section of about 20 km from the roads of the mutual beer in front of the Yansan-gu Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, to the roads of the 314 Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.
