1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on February 1, 2018 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Indication of Claim: On July 7, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entrusted the Plaintiff with the name of the Defendant as to the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet, and the Defendant concluded an entrustment management contract with the payment of management expenses, etc. to the Plaintiff, but the Defendant did not pay the management expenses, etc. under the above contract to the Plaintiff. Therefore, the said contract is terminated by delivery of the copy of the complaint, and the Defendant seeks to take over
