1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on October 14, 2018 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Indication of Claim: Around February 2016, the Plaintiff entered into an entrustment management contract with the Defendant on the part of the Defendant, under which the Defendant entrusted the Plaintiff with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet, but the Defendant paid management expenses, etc. and operated the instant motor vehicle.

However, since the defendant did not pay the management expenses under the above contract, the above contract is terminated by the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case and the transfer registration procedure for the above automobile is sought.
