1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on September 28, 2018 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

On June 21, 2017, the Plaintiff is a corporation operating trucking transport business, etc., and the Defendant and the trustee entered into an entrustment management contract with the Plaintiff on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet as of June 21, 2017. As such, the Defendant’s failure to pay management expenses, insurance premiums, public charges, etc., the above contract is terminated by delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
