Defendant
A is each representative of Defendant B and C, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of the two seconds and direction-making manufacturing business, and Defendant C is a corporation established for the purpose of wood wholesale business.
1. Defendant A
(a) Where any manufacturer of timber products in violation of the Sustainable Use of Timber Act intends to sell or import such products, he/she shall undergo an inspection by the competent authority on the standard and quality of timber;
Nevertheless, around July 28, 2014, the Defendant imported from the Busan Customs office located in 20 as the Busan Jung-gu, Busan, with import declaration number D, 12,940,262, and the market price of 19,227,730K (the product cost is equivalent to KRW 12,940,262, and the market price is equivalent to KRW 19,227,730) from among the time the Defendant imported the neck without undergoing the above standard and quality inspection, and then imported the neck more than 52 times in total from around that time to April 13, 2018, including the 1,463,03,03KG (the product cost is equivalent to KRW 923,369,488, the product cost is equivalent to KRW 1,372,020,424) without undergoing the standard and quality inspection from the competent authority.
(b) A person who has filed an import declaration in violation of customs Acts and subordinate statutes shall import timber with permission, approval, recommendation, certification, or other conditions necessary for import pursuant to Acts and subordinate statutes, and where the person who has imported timber intends to clear such fact, he/she shall undergo an inspection of standard and quality in advance by the competent authority pursuant to the Acts on
Nevertheless, around May 11, 2018, the Defendant imported from the Busan Customs office located in 20 as Busan, from the Busan Customs office, the 24,000 KG (the value of the goods is equivalent to KRW 16,956,106, the market price of KRW 25,194,808) from the Republic of Korea to the 20,00 KG (the value of the goods is equivalent to KRW 16,956,106, and the market price of KRW 25,194,808) without undergoing the above standard and quality inspection, as shown in [Attachment] Nos. 53 through 62, 10 times in total from around that time until November 6
