A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 15:45 on May 1, 2020, the injured Defendant suffered from the victim B (the 50-year-old) who was under the influence of alcohol at the ‘D' restaurant operated by the victim B (the 50-year-old) in the Geum-gu Busan, the Defendant suffered from the victim's demand that he be baled from the victim while under the influence of alcohol, and he suffered from the victim's injury, such as the faling of the victim's fals, the president of the Party, the president of the Party, and kyna, the president of the Party, and kyna, by hand, knife the victim's back, once the back part of the victim's falbbbbbs, and the victim's back to the left part of the victim's back, which requires approximately three weeks medical treatment.

At around 16:00 on May 1, 2020, the Defendant engaged in obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) on the street in front of “Fhue rice farm,” which is located in Geumgu, Busan; (b) on the street, the Defendant arrested the Defendant under the charge of the above paragraph (1) and arrested him as a flagrant offender, thereby carrying the Defendant on the 112 patrol vehicle; and (c) took the Defendant on the 112 patrol vehicle; and (d) assaulted the make which the said H used on two occasions, including the make which was flue at the end of the instant I’s chest to stop.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the police officials' legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and the arrest of flagrant offenders.
